Three intertwined stories follow Félicité, a young Sub-Saharan migrant at the Morocco-Spain border near Melilla. After her friend Sandrine’s tragic death, Félicité vows to honor her by returning to Tangier to earn money for a Christian burial. The second story centers on Hamid, an unscrupulous recruiter exploiting migrant workers, whose deceit ultimately costs him his job. Finally, Kenza, a wealthy young mother, hires Félicité as a nanny against her husband’s wishes, leading to escalating marital conflict that leaves Félicité facing despair.
